Atlas Capital · Q4 Board Pack · p. 24
Treasury & FX Exposure Review
The Group's exposure to Eurozone-denominated assets has grown to 18.4% of total AUM, exceeding the limit defined in the Treasury Policy approved in March.
Hedging coverage remains at 62%, below the 75% floor for any single currency block, principally as a result of the unwinding of two forward contracts in October.
The Audit Committee has not formally reviewed the revised limits and a quorum was not present at the September meeting; minutes are attached at Appendix C.
Strategic Risks
FX exposure on Eurozone assets exceeds 18% threshold.
Governance Gaps
Audit committee quorum not met in last 2 meetings.
Regulatory Concerns
FCA disclosure obligation triggered by new holding.
Recommended Actions
Approve revised treasury policy at next board.

Global by design
One operating system. Every directorship, anywhere.
Each appointment carries its own regulatory frame. BoardLens AI loads the correct rulebook for each directorship before it reads a single page - so reviews, risks and obligations are grounded in the regime that actually applies.
01
Tag the appointment
Each directorship is tagged with its jurisdiction when you add it to your portfolio - UK, Jersey, Cayman, Ireland and more.
02
Load the rulebook
BoardLens loads the matching regulatory frame - statute, regulator, filings, director duties - before reading the document.
03
Review in context
Risks, decisions and questions are anchored to that regime. No generic governance fluff, no invented regulators.
Example tests - a full review runs many more checks per regime.

Questions, answered
Built for the questions directors actually ask.
Is my data private to me?+
Yes. MyDirector-OS is a single-tenant workspace per director. Your appointments, board packs and documents are private to you. We never share, sell or train AI models on your data.
How does the AI access my documents?+
When you run BoardLens, the document is extracted in your browser and sent over an encrypted channel to our AI gateway for that single review. The model is stateless - it does not retain, learn from, or share your content. Results are stored only in your private workspace.
Are you GDPR compliant?+
Yes. We process personal data under GDPR with documented lawful basis, encryption at rest and in transit, EU/UK-aligned hosting, and contractual data processing terms. You can export or delete your data from your account at any time.
Where is my data stored?+
On enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption at rest. Board packs and personal documents are stored in an encrypted vault scoped per entity, with row-level access controls so only you can read them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export your portfolio, documents and AI reviews before cancelling. After cancellation, your data is retained for a short grace period for recovery and then permanently purged.
Does MyDirector-OS replace company-secretary software?+
No, it sits with you, the director. Company secretarial platforms are owned by the company; MyDirector-OS is owned by you and travels across every appointment you hold, past and present.
What jurisdictions does BoardLens cover?+
BoardLens covers 14 jurisdictions, Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Isle of Man, Bermuda, Luxembourg, Ireland, United Kingdom, Singapore, DIFC, ADGM, Delaware and United States Federal AML. Each jurisdiction has its own verified regulatory frameworks, independently evaluated for accuracy. We are continuously adding further jurisdictions. If yours is not listed contact admin@mydirector-os.com to register your interest.
How do I get my board packs into MyDirector-OS?+
Three ways. First, open your board portal provider directly from the Board Packs section, we provide direct links to Diligent, Nasdaq Boardvantage, Board Intelligence, Azeus Convene and others, download your board pack and drag it straight from your browser downloads bar into MyDirector-OS. Second, forward your board pack distribution email to your personal MyDirector-OS address found in Settings and it appears in your workspace automatically. Third, upload directly from your device using the upload button. We are working on direct API integrations with the major board portal providers which will make this seamless, watch this space.
Can I use MyDirector-OS on my iPad or mobile device?+
Yes. MyDirector-OS is a progressive web app, install it from your browser on iPhone, iPad or Android and it behaves like a native app. Board packs can be pinned for offline reading on iPad. Push notifications are available so you are alerted to new regulatory updates and board pack activity.
